The Little Copycat

On Thursday, Tiffany and I took the kids to Cabelas. They seemed to enjoy roaming around and checking everything out. At first, we thought we would never get them away from the giant fish tanks, but eventually they agreed to move on. Ashlyn, as many people know, is quite a little copycat. She copies Kyle constantly (which is funny to me, since he is younger). Luckily, he is a pretty good sport about it.

Kyle was playing in the tent, so of course Ashlyn had to get in.


Kyle had left the tent, so Ashlyn wanted out too.


I was trying really hard to get Ashlyn to sit on this dog by herself. She wouldn't even attempt it, until Kyle was on it. She is a wee bit afraid of animals -real or not.


She wanted off once Kyle was gone.


Kyle was happier on the dog all by himself.


It was an enjoyable little outing. Cabelas sure is an awesome store.

Back in Action

We've been a little out of it for the past few weeks. The hard drive on our computer broke, so we had to send it in to get replaced. It is now replaced and working well and we are keeping our fingers crossed that it won't give us any more problems (especially since it is no longer under warranty). So, I figured that it was about time that I posted some new pictures of sweet Ashlyn.

It is impossible for me to keep socks on her feet or bows/clips in her hair!


She really likes the camera, and always wants to look at the screen after her picture is taken.

On A Lighter Note

Here are some pictures of our precious Ashlyn. We're so thankful to have her!

These are from Sunday. I think this may be one of the last times she can wear this jumper because she is getting too big. I just love it on her because it brings out her blue eyes (I guess you can't really tell from the picture).

Just the other day, Ashlyn fell asleep sitting up in bed. Precious. She must have been really tired.
